I am putting a 15" flip down in my magnum with a stock cd player can i send sound from a dvd player to my stock stereo to play out the speakers????

You need some kind of aux input. Some stock LX systems have it, some do not. If yours doesn't, you can get an FM modulator that will play the sound out of an unused radio station. Get the kind that plugs into the antenna, not the one that sends the signal through the radio waves.
Or you could go aftermarket everything and play it through that

yeah i am hoping that i can use the stock radio for now. but we will see......
