Why Dose my iTrader say 9 but My Score is 10?

So I was looking at my iTrader and under my name it says 9, but when you click on it. It says Feedback score 10. And everything has been positive?

Buy or sell to 1 person 1 itrader, buy or sell to the same person again, no itrader. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me on this.

The 9 is how many ratings you have, not your rating. Its the number of transactions for example my number is 3 but my rating is 10

Yes, that's what it is .... supposed to eliminate duplicates, but doesn't take into account repeat business ...

I always thought it was really dumb...It should show the amount of ratings you have...not hide them because you did two separate transactions with the same person. In the real world I can sell a million products through one avenue like ebay and get credit for every single one of them, or sell a million products through a million avenues and get the same credit...Why don't we get "credit" for every rating we get? It's deceiving because you look at mine and it says a number, but in reality I've got 5 or 10 more ratings than what's displayed.

It should have a way to differentiate different transactions even with the same 2 parties being involved.

It could easily use the "optional deal URL" as an identifying mark for different transactions

Ebay works the same way. You can buy a hundred things from one seller, but you'll only get 1 feedback.

This is the way ebay does it.
