Help,

My quick reply box is zipped up on every thread I surf... So when I want to add a comment I have to click the expand button ( which takes me back to the top of the page) before I can add a quick reply.

Also My function buttons on the message box are not operational. ( Like adding a picture, font and color.)

It's rather annoying....Are these Internet explorer setting I need to change? HELP
