Mods please help!...Calling DMAG, HULK, MattRoberston, etc

I just donated some more green to be a level II and level I supporter at the same time and now my PM box is permanently stuck at 100% full and my banner is only showing that I'm a level I supporter.....I can't send PM's because I'm stuck at 100% full! lol

Good sir...The key word above is "stuck"...Meaning no matter how much I delete it is now stuck at 100% full.

ah, that's because you are over the limit for the Level I (I'm guessing you had level II before) and the I is now superseding the II because it is was paid for last..

ok, so do this..

down in the lower right corner there is an option to download, choose the XML option then save the file (you can view it later using Vbulletin PM Reader if the need arises)

then go into the SENT folder, and choose the EMPTY option, which should dump the folder and hopefully drop you below the level. If not you can also empty the INBOX being you downloaded the box and have them saved.

Then you can PM the Admins.. and then can switch your primary group to Level II (oh and BTW having 1 and 2 doesn't give you the benefit of Level 1 pm allowance plus Level 2, you just get the higher allowance from level 2)

Ooooooohhh...I think it might be because I just got bumped down to level I when I made the donation and I'm over the storage limit for level I...? I have over 800 PM's in there right now...

LOL...Seriously I send extra funds and now I'm bumped down to a measely level I...How does that add up? lol

I will report the post to get it into the Staff forum so that it doesnt get missed, but unfortunately it will have to be an Administrator that can fix this for ya. The extent of my mere Moderator powers only go so far.... lol.
