you can access LXF from a mobile browser using LxForums and you get a very NICE mobile layout, that is easy to read and doesn't include all the non-sense (pictures and such) so it loads very fast.
but once you click any links it takes you to the full site, which is impossible to read on a phone and depending on your 3G/4G speeds can load pretty slow.
and another bump...

Works good on an iPad :-)
I agree though....would be nice to have a pure LXforums mobile version for the BB/iPhone/Droid/etc,etc smart phones.
How many people have actually "talked" to the Tapatalk app lol.....well it wasn't talking as much as a few fun words. For the iPhone guys.....the recent iTunes 10.4.1 seems to load Tapatalk quicker and is stable.

We are still looking into it guys. The issue is that it is very old code that is not compatible with a lot of the newer things we've incorporated. We have not forgotten about it, it just isn't as easy as flipping a switch (trust me I wish it were). I do agree it is a very nice, light interface for mobile browsing and I don't want to see it go any more then you guys. It is on the roadmap, unfortunately I don't have a specific timeline for you.
Side Note: I use the Tapatalk app all the time and have never had any loading issues.

I don't use tapatalk because I don't care for it's interface, I have no clue if it has loading issues.
I was referring to trying to load the full (www.lxf vs mobil.lxf) on my phones standard browser.
Tapatalk has always worked flawless for me. iPhone though.
What a bunch of geeks we are.
