Downloading, Backing-Up Inbox...

So, what's the best way to download (back-up) my Inbox and Sent Items box?

The last time I tried to do this, I bricked it and lost a bunch of PM's

My Inbox is almost at it's limit, again, and I really need to do this correctly.

Any help?

At the bottom right corner there is an option to download as an xml file. Choose that.

Then Google vbulletin pm reader download that and import the xml file to it.
