Dragzine gets a 12.11 out of a Camaro ZL1

GM will sell the crap out of these. They wont hold back production like Ford did with their Boss. On a sidenote anyone see the CTS-V wagon that went cross country and mustered 14mpg!! We could bring up the Volt.. dealerships are refusing to buy them.

Sounds about right with some city added in the mix and several WOT runs.

Did anyone think to compare traps speeds, between the fastest 392's and the ZL1 or even the CTS-V? I watched my friends 392 Challenger put down 447 rwhp on a Mustang dyno but its certainly not on the performance level of a CTS-V nor the even faster ZL1 in a straight line. True it does have an amazing amount of traction, but the trap speeds tell the true stories of what the cars are capable of. Top SRT8 392 trap speeds are in the 114 mph range and the ZL1 is in the 119 mph range which is a significant difference.
