They had to suspend the program because it worked. They allocated a set amount and that money has been used. Thus the program worked and a bunch of cars got sold. Why are you guys confused, you didn't think it would work?

Never said it did not work. With of the resources known to mankind at their finger tips they again made enormous miscalculations(screwed up).

So it can easily follow that their ability to run a nationalized health care plan would end up a disaster.

They are not equipped to manage anything resembling a business.
