    Photoshop Tutorials?

Does anyone know of a good electronic Photoshop tutorial that might be available over the internet for free?

I know that's a lot to ask for, but I currently have a half-assed installation of PS 7.0 that doesn't even include the help files.

I'm not looking to become a PS expert, but I would like to get to the point where I can do some of the simpler tweaks.

    Any suggestions?

I've found it to be a great resource and they have some tutorials on there as well.

creativecow.net is a great resource too.
Not many tutorials but many answers from many experts on any quation you have on and media-related software.

There is PhotoShop Elements that is easier to deal with than a full blown version. About $100.

Attitudes are contagious. Mine might kill you.

I do ad layout and use Photoshop every day. I am always finding something new. Here are some links to free tip sites.

I think there are some more tutorials on the nonforum part of the site.
I'm not sure how much of this is free.

This is run by a friend of mine and he has some great stuff. Especially going back through the archives.

Should you ever decide to buy paper, here is a great help book.

Deke McClelland is great. They also mention one by Scott Kelby and he is a very good author as well.

Good luck and have fun. Maybe we can see some of the results.

Great info iRock. Guess I'd better get the PS CS2 upgrade version since I'm still using PS 6.
