Grinner, What type of camera equipment did you use to shoot the video? And thanks as we were completely overcast in the Houston Texas area and didn't have chance to observe the eclipse.

If you really want this as a Screensaver for Windows PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send it to you . I just made it myself and it works and looks great.

Stupid Photobucket won't let me upload it because it's not a recognized image or video file extension. I tried to fool it by renaming the file and it puked that back up, too.

The attached file will be 5 mb in size. All you have to do is copy the GrinnerMoons.scr file into your C:\Windows\system32 directory. Then right-click on your Desktop, choose Properties then the Screensavers Tab and select GrinnerMoons. That's all there is to it. These instructions will also be included in the e-mail.

I shot it on a Sony FX-1 HDV camera and I time lasped it in post-production using an Avid Adrenaline HD. I just ran the video at 5000 percent speed. I added some composited elements toward the end using After Effects and some downloaded backgrounds.

OK , I tried every way possible to e-mail the screensaver I made out of this excellent vid and it fails every time ... lol ... so now it's real simple ... go to the following link and right-click the file GrinnerMoons.scr and choose Save Target As and save it to your PC ... simply Copy the file into your C:\windows\system32 directory and then go to your Desktop Properties, choose the Screensaver Tab and you will see an entry called GrinnerMoons in your list ... choose it, set the timer and enjoy ... nice quality video and makes a great screensaver ...
