Maybe he "Dusted" the Challenger because the driver of the Challenger actually stopped when he saw the Ford Escape!

I just looked at the pics and I guess they would have to be racing in reverse for my comment to be funny. Oops.

So out of some 300 or so cameros on the road at least 2 have been squished? Glad I'm not in the same insurance group as these people.

I guess this was the first crash:

You should have seen what a VW bug did to my sister's 71 Olds Cutlass! It hit me right in the driver's door, and bent the car like a boomerang. Every window was gone, and the trans case was broken in two. My knee was banged up, and the power seat control knob was buried in my leg somehow, but I came out pretty well. The Cutlass was a mess, the firewall buckled, and obviously, it was a total. They actually thought about repairing it, but decided it wasn't worth it.

The bug was DRIVEABLE, it was flattened in the front, and the hood couldn't be opened, but it was still running! It bounced backward over 20 feet after hitting me, with skid marks in both directions. My glasses were sucked off my face, and we found them, folded up nice as could be, under the bug. Weird.

My sister already had a new car ordered, and the Cutlass was supposed to be mine. Instead, I drove my mom's 72 Cutlass for about a year and a half, until my first new car, a '74 Roadrunner finally showed up in October of 74. I sure wish I had it now, it's running around the Las Vegas area, all restored, with a built up 440 in it.
