    The U.A.E. Before & Then.

    Found this really cool short video of the history of the U.A.E. For such a young country, it has accomplished so much. It has to do with way more than just discovering oil. I hope you enjoy it I share it here because the U.A.E is considered to be the United States brother in the Middle East. We share very common grounds in business, trade, and military structure.

    I spent four months in Abu Dhabi back in 1995, it was beautiful with some of the friendliest folks I encountered in SWA. I would love to go back and see the changes that have occurred even in the few years since I was there, especially in Dubai.

    Man.... it has changed SO much since then! I go back home once a year and I literally can't recognize the city after being gone for a year. I can't imagine not being there since 1995, so much has changed. Yes, the culture is very friendly and "welcoming" if that makes any sense.

    I really want to visit and experience the UAE, maybe a good week or two, I hear stories when I hear fellow service members being able to have liberty at Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Hopefully I can become rich and not so famous soon
