Its a gps jump, mine had me walking at 102 mph a few times. What happens is you loose lock, and then all of a suddend you get lock back and it thinks you just moves X feet in Y Seconds and you get those wack speeds
It can be quite entertaining

Ive had this happen to me also when biking. I look down to see my milage and the speed was close to 120mph...didnt realize I was superman
