shootin' another pilot tomorrow

Money has been tight for a while now and, in tightening our belts for so long and skipping a summer vacation the last couple of years, the Hester family is in great need of a little escape. There is an art to that and I started thinking of a show on the travel channel, outdoor channel, ect that highlights a family travelling on a budget. I made a few calls and paved a freeby get away in exchange for destination mentions and we're hittin' the road in Granny's old hooptie tomorrow for two days of creative R&R. Gonna hit a lil place just an hour away with cabins, horseback riding and chilly river raftin'. We'll even get a home cooked meal at the local kitchen. I'll give proper pluggage when we return. Not sure what the show will turn out to be... if I'll keep a dollar tally graphic, ect but it will be great just to have some family time for a couple of days. Thinking of the working title "Escape Artists". Open to yuor creative input, of course.

I'm going to be in St. Louis, not this weekend but next. We need to sit down Grin and talk over some more work for my organization. Some editing and compiling of existing footage perhaps...

I have a concert to go to on Sunday night somewhere down there, but maybe we can meet up earlier on Sunday or on Monday morning early.

Hammer.. will do. Looks like a comedy in the works. All activities highlighted and planned are getting blown away by non-stop rain. The manager of Blue Springs Ranch just called to see if we'd like to reschedule. Aint somethin a brother can do with excited kids with bags already in their hands. We'll bring a checker board.

this ole melon has proved it needs no helmet. Worst concussion I've ever had in my life was while wearing a freakin helmet. lol
