posted something on craigslist. these are the couple responses ive gotten from the same guy after emailing him back. at first i thought it was maybe legit. now it sounds weird. doesnt ever state the item or the selling price in the replies. too canned.

SCAM

Bank of America does not allow Cashier Checks to be printed electronically or online, you have to GO TO the bank to get them.....

as they have Raised Lettering and numbers on them and are printed on BofA Security paper...

what i dont get is that he doesnt ask for any bank info. all he is gonna get is what i am selling. why bother going through all this just to get that? am i missing the point of this? and if hes supposedly gonna have someone ship what I am selling at his cost, how is he benefiting? how does the scam work?

Sometimes it can take up to 30 days for a check to be returned...THis is a form of the nigeria scam......just ask your local Post Office investigator, or call Bof A..
