Sad. At least he passed away from illness and not some stupid overdose on drugs, which seems to be the way to go now-a-days.

Very sad indeed . Was a local guy and i heard lots of good things about him personally . His talent will surely be missed . They didn't just tap into a market , they created it . Certainly mixed so called "black" music and '' white'' music together and brought crossover fans both ways together . Was ( and am ) a big fan of their music . RIP MCA .....:(

This is truly a sad day for me, this was and is one of my all time favorite groups! My wife still does not understand why anytime their songs come on I crank it up and act like I was born with rhythm.
