Lil man mentioned he's never been to a major leugue baseball game.
Whaaaat!? man how the heck did that happen? Oh heck no.
So today, Tanner Moon, Taylor Sun and I headed for Busch Stadium.
It's gettin' close to championship season so tickets were scarce. I opted for standing room only tickets, not knowing what I was gettin' us into. 80 bucks worth of snackage and suvineers later, we stood in a box on concrete like the Penguins on the ice in the move Madagascar. lol I stood there feeling like a failure of a father so I tuened it into a homeschool how to weeze an empty seat 101 class. Maaaan, we're good. Only got busted and had to move once. But then, we left nit he 5th inning. lol Lil man was cold, looked up and said, "ya know, I just wanted the experience of havong gone to a game. Now that I've done it, ready to cruise?"
iiiindeed. And so we did. 40 bucks an inning but a lifetime of memories. Sweet.

I was all like "boys we're here to have fun and spend stupid money."
Moony (12 years old now) didn't abuse this a bit. He made off with a mini bat and some baseball cards. Taylor Sun, on the other hand, made off with bags of odds and ends and responded with "really? well yell at that cotton candy dude, then."
