click PORTAL..., then edit options. You are likely just on the wrong time.

You're in the right time. The server time is jacked up. I'm in Central Time zone, I had to move my CP setting to Mountain time, and turn the DST settings off to get it to show the right time. I mentioned it in another thread, and DMAG said this weekend that the server didn't update right, and I got impatient, that's what made me try different time zones.
If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying? If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?
