    Peoples in Florida---DisneyWorld

Do Florida residents still get discounted ticjets? I am going to be there 6/23-6/25 and would like to save a couple bucks on tickets if I can. I was thinking a 3-day park hopper ticket. Thanks!

Yes, we do, but you have to show ID when you pick them up to prove you're a Florida resident and the tickets have our names on them so I'm not sure how that would help you unless you find a doppelganger who lives in Florida.

Actually 07ChargerSRT8 (AKA Red) is correct, but they never ask for I.D. as you go through the turnstyles and the print isn't taken till then. So one could pass said ticket to another before going through the turnstyle. Or in this case if you feel uncomfortable send me a pm with the amount of people in the party and I know some Disney employees that have tickets and they could help you.
In my dream the world had suffered a terrible disaster.
A black haze shut out the sun and the darkness was alive.
Suddenly a small light glowed. A candle flickered into life. A symbol of hope!
A single tiny candle, shining in the ugly dark.
I LAUGHED and blew it out!

all the main parks here in orlando (sea-world, disney, universal) all use i.d. and finger printing to verify ticket holders. tough to get around!!! i have been asked many times to help folks out, but it never works! lol

If I remember correctly the fingerprint is attached to the ticket once you use it to enter the park. They can't get your I'd from the fingerprint they just attach that print to that ticket so no one else can use that ticket.

Correct. However, if the fingerprint machine or ticket don't work, which happens fairly regularly, then they ask for ID to verify that you are the correct ticket holder.

Parking at Downtown Disney is still free. We just park there and take the bus to a hotel (Usually Swan and Dolphin or Boardwalk) then either take a bus, a boat or walk to the nearest park.

Yeah, it is sort of a mission to pull a fast one on them.

My wife's cousin knows some employees at Disney. Last time we went, they met us at the gate. We acted like we were all family and they walked us right in.
