I kicked some serious arse

*Quick Recap*

I decided to "double up" my classes to move my graduation up 5 months. If this next 5 weeks works out, I'll be out 04/03/09.

At first I wasn't so sure. 10 hours a day seemed killer in my eyes. But things went on, and it turns out the workload isn't killing me, but the drama is on my nerves, LOL.

That B in there is killing me. It's the only thing ruining something that should have been flawless. If I would have deserved that B, I would accept it as such. But the teacher in question hosed four of us, just to be an ass.

So yeah, 5 weeks down, 5 to go. Then I'll be entering the second portion of my schooling............the final 18 months. That'll be 8a-2p daily, and I'm hoping to get hired at my extern site as well.

Wish me luck, LXers. Y'all have been extremely inspirational.

Congrats... a good friend of ours just completed her R/N degree/training and we attended her "pinning" ceremony. She had to do the last 8 months "on her own" WITH her three kids under 5, because her hubby got a new job in a different location and moved there. She got the third highest score nationally in the final exam! We are so proud. You'll be going fine people.

On another subject... how did things turn out with that friend and her daughter from the abusive marriage? I can still remember your posting about the little girl hiding under the bed.
