Luxury Brands
So I was tossing some stuff around in my head and wondered how many people knew who actually made their cars (or where the check went). Do you think everyone in a Lexus knows it is a Toyota?
Lexus = Toyota
Acura = Honda
Infiniti = Nissan
Cadillac = GM
Lincoln = Ford
What ones am I missing? BMW is it's own and so is Audi, I think...3996 of 4000 Go Man-Go Still bling-free

Volkswagen owns Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini
Mean while, Porsche owns most of Volkswagon
Ford also owned Jaguar and Land Rover until 2009 and Volvo until 2010 I think. Also owned Aston Martin until '07-'08.
BMW owns Rolls Royce and Mini
Fiat owns Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Maserati, Lancia, Dodge, Chrysler, and a small percent of Jeep

And meanwhile, almost all of them share engine technologies. Most car companies are "world car" companies these days.
