Thumbs up Lower Your House Insurance Premium (FL)

This information is mainly for homeowners in the state of Florida, you may want to check with your state if you live outside of Florida. You can save a lot of money on your homeowners insurance premium, I saved over $257. Read on:

The state of Florida has set up a FREE program where you can get your house inspected to see if you are enabled for lower insurance premiums.
It is called the "Free Hurricane Wind Mitagation Inspection". It only takes about 20 minutes for the inspection and it is FREE!

I am in Marion County, so the number you need to call may be different if you live in another county. Here are some phone numbers to call and a website to check out:

    Company: Skyetec Ph. 1-877-531-2407 , 1-866-SKYETEC

    Website: WWW.MYSAFEFLORIDAHOME.COM

    Inspector: Clay tinnell 479-430-8808

Wind Inspections 1576 Bella Cruz Dr., box 150, The Villages,FL. 32159

I know these numbers are good in Marion County, other counties may have a different number to call. Maybe Skyetec can give you those numbers.

If they can't help you, check with your local insurance agent.

As I said, I saved over $257 on my policy and my brother-in-law saved almost $200.......... so check it out.

    More mod money................. LOL
