I'd do it in a heartbeat !!!!
(at least I think so)
I wonder how many people will use it to commit suicide.
The sides are only waist high, if I had designed that thing, I would have made the side walls 8 feet tall, that way nobody jumps, no one will drop their camera or their kids...
I see a big liability risk here, that why I'm going there before some sh*t happens and closes indefinately.
Drop your child or your camera and you can sue all you want, but this is on Native American land, administered by the tribal government. Verdicts are final. The US Federal Court System has no appellate jurisdiction. Any lawsuits that may or may not occur will be tried in the Native courts. So if you do sue, good luck getting that judgment.
There have been several occasions in various states where patrons of Native American casinos have tried to sue for the following reasons: Slipping on a wet floor, falling down stairs, food poisoning, etc. To the best of my knowledge, there has never been a judgment. The US courts only have jurisdiction in capital affairs such as federal racketeering and murder.
I do understand that a private company agreed to "donate" the sky bridge (30 million dollar construction cost) to the tribe, and the tribe agreed to profit sharing with said company. If there is any design fault, an injured party could in theory sue the construction company, who would in turn sue the manufacturer that sub-contracted the defective part, who would then sue the supplier of the parts raw materials, and the list goes on. Your best bet? Put your camera around your neck, and put a harness on your child.

"MEATHEAD!!!???"
There are glass walls that are pretty tall. Also, the floor is glass so there is no need to look over the edge.
It is held in place by steel rods drilled 40 feet into the bedrock and then it is welded in place. They say it will support the weight of 20 jumbo jets.
The Magnum has a soul. It has a personality, something all too lacking in the automotive transportation appliances everybody else is offering.
I will pass - don't like heights. It makes me feel goofy.
But you know who may have a hay day would be base jumpers.

"Reputation is made in a moment: It takes a lifetime to build character."
i saw that on the news yesterday, i think i would try it, but, i don't know how i would react to looking down and seeing thru the floor, i'd think i'd be hanging on to somthing or someone, ...
