    George Carlin

    Passed away at 71 due to heart failure, RIP.

    I just saw this on the news. Very sad. We lost an icon.

    George is gone? No waaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Saw him in Vegas. He did a solid 2 hours. Wall to wall laughter, no notes or teleprompters, just from memory. The man is legend. Damn.

    My first favourite comedian. We had Class Clown on vinyl (brilliant). Dad said, you can listen to it, but you can't listen to the last track on side B. Riiiiight. Needless to say I, um, got around to hearing it, and if you don't know what it is you aren't a fan anyway...

    This saddens me. What's next, Steven Wright? Cosby? Kinison already left us all those years back. Look here, every member of the Backstreet Boys still breathes air, and we have to lose Morrison, Lennon and now Carlin? Lay off the talent already.

    RIP George Carlin. Boo.

    Nobody was like George. Many tried to imitate, but alll fell short.

    George is truly a legend and will be missed.
