cant sleep-and dont know what to do.

i know of 2 children who may be being abused [touched]
mother is a bi polar manic depressive with impluse control disorder [ she drinks to medicate her self and shes a cutter when depressed].
she has no job or job skills other than prostitution.
she has a warrant in MICH for violation of probation. [7 years old]
her only means of support is from sick old man who pays her rent/electric/car and insurance/food/cell phone and pocket money..
HERES where it gets sick..
over the past 5 years she has told me several times that this guy is one of her tricks..
she also has mentioned that he likes little girls...first time she told me this i thought she meant small chicks like her [skinny]
Second time she said this i questioned her and she said he likes 14-16 year old girls..
also he flys to south america for 13 year old prostitutes..

fast forward to feb 27th 2012 i see her and she tells me again that when he comes over to see her that her daughter runs to say hi to him thinking he is her daddy and he touchs her in a way she doent like...[i wont go into details]
Since than i have gotten into a serious argument with her over this and calling the police..Shes afraid of having thousands a month go away
she has moved to tittiusville fla and refuses to stop taking shut up money from this sick fuc....i have her phone number and what she drives and the tag number so she can be found.
I know where he lives-what he drives-where he works and his tag number...
Problem is if i send the police and childern services out she just has to lie and say its not true..
SHE first convided in me looking for help on feb 27th 2012 in her kitchen- then she turned on me a week later like i.m the bad guy when i said to have nothing to do with him and call the police..She just looked at me and said she was just kidding to see what i would do as a test when she saw i was being serious about crushing this guy.
THE 2 babys are so smart and cute...3 and 21 months..
dam me! i wish i would have had my phone on to record what we were talking about to have ammo to take this sick fuc out..that way there would be no mistake of what she was telling me.
IF i go to childern services all i have is she says and i say and they will be no use.
or if they believe me they take the 2 girls and she goes back to mich on a warrant to do prison time that shes been slipping threw the cracks on for years and the babys go to foster care...Her mother is no help..tryed that route already once.
How do i even know pieces of sh!t like this?
Why do i have to be the one who gives a crap?

What if this guy sexually abuses one of the girls?
what if she falls asleep drunk with the babys alone.

THE 2 babys are clean and well feed so theres no problem there.
How do i turn and walk away and not make it my problem?.

Dont want to see some thing tragic on the news and dont want to see 2 more kids in the system [foster care] to be lost..

Then meet up with the authorities or an investigator and let them know of the situation. It really isn't in your hands, but you can help by just doing the right thing and letting the authorities know. Atleast you are doing something, instead of these half azzes that this world is being over-populated with!

i know. and i'm stuck between a rock and a hard spot here.
i have all his info> car tag address place of work and phone number
she hauled ass as soon as she knew i wasnt buying her story of just kidding around as a test after she told me about how he touched her 3 year old.
shes in central florida right now and other than having her type of car and tag and phone number child services and the police cant find her with out a address..
called fort lauderdale police and they said on the phone sure come on down to file a report... seems Mr lee is already om their radar..
called titiusville police and told them what the 411 is and they couldnt care less with out address but they did run her name and saw the warrant out for her..
so i have done all i can do..

Sometimes a written complaint by registered letter to Child Services is far more effective than a phone call. It becomes a matter of record which gives them a bit more incentive to do something.

All you can do is contact the appropiate parties, don't get yourself arrested for tuning the sick pric, you made the calls, its on the system now. Once apon a time, a phone call could have made the problems go away, but times are different now, those guys are dead or in jail.

Take officer's names and badge numbers when you talk to them, if anyone seems disinterested in this matter they will be more obliged to take it to their superiors when their name is attached to it, by asking and writing it down they will know you are dead serious.
