I hear ya. I got it Monday. Was lucky enough to pull under a gas station cover and ride it out. It sounded like we were under 50-cal fire! Car looks OK, but it's really too dirty to tell. Sounds like you are another LX'er without a garage (well, I have one, but it's too small). I think one of those aluminum carport things is going to be going up soon.

I hope we don't get hail in Horicon today...

There is a slight chance of storms with hail here today. It sickens me.

The Magnum has a soul. It has a personality, something all too lacking in the automotive transportation appliances everybody else is offering.

Lol.. work doesn't allow immediate access...

Car is alright.. but someone down the way had a full dented up vehicle... must have just been the luck of the draw...

My car IS covered with grit, from all the construction dust that was kicked up in the big winds... <sigh>

    Glad your car is alright.

We have awful hailstorms here! The last one damaged our roof, our metal carport (so glad we have that big ole thing, it saved all our cars), and tons of other damage. It even put holes through the chicken house roof! Insurance covered it all, but wheh, it was scary. It went on for 15 minutes and the hail was big as golfballs, and a few a little bigger.

My wife's Chevy had some minor hail damage, which was many years ago.

Tip if you get some hail damage (dents):

Put an ice cube in the middle of dent, let it set there - it may pop the dent out. A small piece of dry ice is also good to use.

    Good luck........................
