How's the inside look? And how bright is it?

Inside is very bright during daytime. I only use 35% tint film, but our factory windows have a 79% tint, so I have a final tint of .35 * .79 = .27, 27% tint. Not too dark even for night driving. I intent to use temperature sensitive tint once I got it working so I can use my air conditioner to control the tint. I am in the process of choosing LED's for the inside to replace map lights. Any recommendations for the brand?

Ha, I meant inside as in the handle that operates the light

Inside is very clean. You can see from first pic. I will take more pics next week. I have tested the light off the car. Right now it's not hooked up yet. I am trying to buy a PDC from a wrecked LX to pick some fuse terminals so I can wire up fuse slot #10(stick with the original design) to supply power to the light. Any sellers?

not to hate, but i think u r trying to rationalize your wanting to look like a cop. I may be wrong. But if you want to be a cop, put in an app and go to the academy and earn it. I am a deputy and i dont want my personal ride to look anything like a patrol car. you may get behind a someone that just robbed a bank and they think u r a cop so they start shooting at you and/or ur family thats also in the car. No matter what your intent was, ur car looks like a patrol car and and it could have negative effects on u and ur family. Just think about things first...

wow, interesting outlook on it. not sure where you live and what it's like there, but i would think the chances of that are pretty darned slim.

not long ago i was heading home from a meeting in my unmarked explorer which had blue lights in the grill, i was stopped at a redlight behind another vehicle and outr of no where the driver got out of the vehicle with an AK47 and put 22 rounds through my truck, i never was able to fire a round back at him. the blue lights were never activated, i never confronted him or indicated that i was trying to stop him. he had just killed two people in another county and assumed i was following him. my explorer was disabled and he got away but later that night killed himself. luckily my only injury was a cuts from the glass... all im sayin is, u never know... im not saying prepare for every little thing, but dont spend time effort and money into making your car look like a cop car when ur not. take it how u want it, its not meant to disrespect anyone...
