    Engine compartment kit

I bought this kit a while back and found that the firewall cover is great. You have to move a solonoid on the passenger side in further, but the kit has a bracket to make this easy. This piece attaches with 2 stainless sheet metal screws,(you have to drill holes in the lip) but looks good(hides a lot of mess under there) and fits behind the HEMI cover no problem. I' don't know about the SRT's. I didn't use the fender covers as I did not like the way the fuse box looked after, and the other side would not fit without heavy modifying with my KN CAI.(Stainless is very hard to cut without the proper tools). I don't have a picture of the firewall cover, but as soon as I can I will post one.

No. The inner fender covers screw into top of shock towers.
This is not my car but you get the idea.

You can kinda see the two screws that hold each of the inner fender covers along the most outer edge of the two panels. The rear ones (near the hood props) are screwed into the shock tower. The front screws attach to a provided bracket which attatches to an existing fender bolt.

The shock tower brace is the rectangular tubing that runs from one side to the other, that the black plastic is attached to. The fake firewall indeed looks to be attached to this, but it's hard to see in this picture, as it's not very clear...

This is one of those cover it all looks, which I'm not keen on, but many do like, so I can see it being great for those that like that look. I do like the part that runs across the front, over the headlights/rad, but the fit could be a little bit better around the headlights, as I see gaps in the inside corners.

For the firewall part, I'd be tempted to attach it to the back of the shock tower brace instead of in front, if the shape allows that. On the SRT in front would be over the top of the intake manifold so that would look really weird. Mounting it on the back of the brace would set it back about 2-3 inches so it would clear the manifold and actually look like it could be a firewall.

Interesting kit... Thanks for posting the pic!
