Marc, I know this link is for a Charger and you have a 300, but I think you might find it useful. Good luck, buddy!

    from FSM:

    REMOVAL

    1. Raise and support the vehicle.
    2. Remove the three push-pin retainers (1) that secure each front wheel house splash shield (2) to the front fascia assembly (3).

    3. Remove the nine screws (1) that secure the belly pan (2) to the underbody.

    4. Remove the screw (5) that secures the front fascia assembly (4) to the nut insert (1) in each front fender.
    5. Partially lower the vehicle and remove the push-pin retainers (2) (four-sedan, six-wagon) that secure the front fascia assembly to the upper radiator support.
    6. Carefully pull the front fascia assembly forward to disengage the push-pin retainer (6) from the slot in each side the fascia and position the fascia to gain access to the fog lamp wire harness connectors (3), if equipped.

    7. If equipped, disconnect each fog lamp wire harness connector (1) from the headlamp wire harness (2) and remove the front fascia assembly (3) from the vehicle.
    8. If equipped and if required, remove the fog lamps from the front fascia assembly (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/LAMPS/LIGHTING - EXTERIOR/LAMP-FOG - REMOVAL).
    9. If required on SRT8 models, remove the lower fascia from the front fascia assembly and discard the metal retaining clips.

    10. If required, remove and discard the nut insert (1) from each front fender and remove the push-pin retainer (2).

    Thanks for the timely post.

Just last week, my front chin spoiler cracked around the drivers side "duct". We've had very heavy snows this winter & I've had to drive through snow thats been plowed into piles just to cross intersections & get into my alley/garage. I'm sure I hit something & caused the damage. The crack is not bad, but I'm no body guy. Can I pull the fascia and fiberglass the back to support it, and stop future cracking? I just hope it doesnt get worse before it gets warm enough to work in the garage again (its -20 almost every night lately).

Are there any cool aftermarket spoilers to replace it if it does get worse?

Also, what is the going rate for a new windshield? After my second winter with the car, I'm sure it will need replaced. I live in a very small town and want to know what a competitive "big city" price is before calling my local guy. Many times he is more than 2x as expensive as other cities.

    Marc,
    here is a good thread:
    http://www.300cforums.com/forums/ext...removing+front

i do it a little differently because that is specifically for grille removal, but if you skip the steps for the grille removal you would be fine

be sure to buy plastic rivets (6 of them) as the ones in the fender well are one time use. you can pay about $2 each at chrysler, or buy the same thing at autozone for $5 for a pack

ill show you everything on sunday...
