Claybar?
Well at least you didn't have bubbles like I do.
In my dream the world had suffered a terrible disaster.A black haze shut out the sun and the darkness was alive.Suddenly a small light glowed. A candle flickered into life. A symbol of hope!A single tiny candle, shining in the ugly dark.I LAUGHED and blew it out!
I haven't tried anything yet..did it last night at work at 1am..

Can you take it back to the paint shop? If they were spraying up to the molding they should have removed it to do the job and then replaced it?
I think you should take it back to the shop. Doing the job right means taking the molding off, painting the door and replacing the molding.
They should repaint the whole door for you.
So Dark Even The Flames Are Black!
It makes me laugh when people recommend claybar to fix paint blemishs. It's a surface cleaner only.

I'm assuming a high speed buffer with the right pad would do the job,but if I do pay for the service, will it actually fix it

Not even that so much since clay bar, used properly, never even touches the surface. It's purpose is to remove particles/shards/pieces of stuff that is "stuck" into the surface (and is now sticking out of the surface). The clay glides *above* the surface on a film of lubricant and snags particles sticking up out of the surface. Totally non-abrassive. Having said that, I believe there are some "clays" made and intended to be slightly abrassive? but that's sort of something altogether different.
