    Painted intake manifold finished.

Just finished painting intake manifold, came out pretty good, some of the sanding didn't come out as good as planned, but still came out pretty good. The sanding was very difficult because as i was sanding it with the dremel, it was melting right in front of me, which changed my mind about plastic intake manifolds :\ Anyway ill get some updated pictures when my new fuel rails (BMC perf blue and red ) show up and my new 6.1 valve covers, should look pretty nice. Oh yea and almost forgot, my BT catch can came today perfect timing, anyone know any good spots for those hoses, hopefully i will be able to tuck them under my new covers. Also the vacum hose coming from the throttle body i will fix as soon as i get a heat gun, i used a hairdryer to temporarily fix it, but the hairdryer wasn't hot enought to really do the job.

Nice job Tank, Gonna look sweet when you get her done. You've done the real PITA part. You will be able to tuck all the vacuum lines and wires under your new covers. Heres how mine looked awhile back.
