    Painted Fuel Rails...

Ever thought about taking them off, and throwing a few coats of paint on them? Got bored today, had some black high temp paint (i.e. header paint) laying around from when I blacked out my FMIC so I went ahead and sprayed them... What do you guys think?

Before : (I know its old but its essentially the same engine bay)

    Finished product :

First off, dont buy cheap tools. I went and got some better disconnects after doing this to a cheap one..

    Rails off:

Looks good, I just have one question. How well does the header paint hold up when it's not baked/cured?

It should hold up fine because there wont be any wear or debris hitting the fuel rails. It worked pretty good on my FMIC, but its slowly getting chipped away by rocks/gravel/dirt and small woodland creatures lol.
