off with the 19s, on with the 20s!

Put the 20s on today. They are Zenetti Five wheels, 20x8.5 + 20 offset and Falken 245/40 tires. Hypersilver Finish, big chrome isn't our thing.

Your' telling me!!! Eibachs are about 2 months out, according to the rep at eibach I called today. 1.6" front and rear.

tire size: stock is 28", these are 27.7", so 728 revs/mile as opposed to 720 for the stock tires. 255/40 woud have been a perfect match, but noone makes them.

Yup, that is all it needs. DROP it about 1 to 1.5 inches. Rumor has it that Eibach is working on a lowering kit.

Those really look good. Lowering by 1.5" will really set that off well. Is that a base or a 3.5? How bad does it hurt the performance and what is the weight of the wheel/tire?

    its the 3.5
I haven't really driven it much, just home FROM the tire shop, but there wasn't a lot of difference. It definitely handles better though.

Juat an FYI....stock is 28.6...not 28. So 255/40's are not perfect...but 245/45's are about as damn close as you'll get...too bad no one makes them.

stock on the sxt is 215/65-17 though and they are 28", we didn't fork out for the R/T, which has the larger tires.
