O.E.M. Uconnect install, anyone tried this yet? I got Mopar

I got lucky and purchased a brand new Mopar Uconnect system FROM ebay at a bargin.
This is the unit that the dealer sells for $299, comes with a harness, module, speaker, mic and answer key pad, also included the full warrenty, owners manual and install paper work. My question is if anyone has done this yet and are there any tricks?
The install instructions SHOW one splice FROM the provided harness to one wire in the dash harness...
any info would help...I plan to do install soon, just looking for possible other input before I start cutting my wiring..
    Thanks... :D

Just curious as this is not available here in Canada. What did it cost on E-bay? I want to get one and thought I might have to go to Montana and pick one up and then I see your post. This may be an alternative.

Is the same one that would come on the car FROM the factory? I thought the factory installed one interfaced with and used the radio for sound instead of HAVING an additional speaker??? Where does your microphone go?-- i think the factory one is installed in the rear view mirror, isn't it?

From all that I gather your right ....but I was told that this system works exactly the same as the factory installed uconnect coming through the rearview mirror and NAV...THIS is a factory unit MOPAR P/N 82207853AC. Retails at the dealer $299. Dealer charges 1 hr rate to install...typically, but it doesn't appear to difficult..Besides I'm pretty handy, and have pleanty of expierence...Licensed aircraft mechanic..18 years now.
It has a remote mic, keypad and speaker that installs behind the dash out of sight.
The mic is about the size of a shelled peanut, that would mount above near the rearview mirror...the answer pad on the dash next to the NAV screen, no exposed wires and all the rest is hidden FROM sight.
I have even seen some posts FROM those that had it installed by the dealer that they prefer the remote answer pad because it is easier to reach than the rearview mirror button to answer a call....and they say it works the same...although I have read other posts saying that the caller ID function does not work through the NAV system, like the actual factory install uconnect does.. ..If some one has this please confirm..
    Thanks...
