You know as much about it as I do... I have not idea how its setup. They just sent me an email with these pics and this text:
They also mentioned in another email that the kit will be around 180$.Hello Jim,
Ok we finally got the kit almost finished. We have been road testing to see what the best setup is. Here are our 0-60 times; we hope to get it on the dyno this week. The car we tested is the Dodge Magnum R/T stock with 1800 miles. We still need to tig weld the box together. We decided to use the stock bottom portion of the air box. That way it draws the air FROM the fender. Our times are with the open element with NO heat shield. We will re run it once we get the heat shield box completed.
Outside Temp 95-100 degrees F.
Stock 6.8 was the best time
0-60mph
360 Intake kit 6.1
0-60mph
Now this was with an outside temperature of around 95-100 degrees F.
With out the heat shield installed. I have included some pictures of the intake kit.

If they are smart they will use both. Use the small ram air intake FROM underneath to supplement the box on top. If you look closely the front of the box is not sealed therefore most of the air will come FROM the front of the box.
This is a really good looking set up. And their performance numbers are great. Can't wait to see the dyno results.

I'm concerned about 2 things ... 1st - how loud will it be? I had a nice intake on my '01 R/T and when floored it made alot of sound. A 5.7L sucks in more air! 2nd - .7 faster FROM 0-60 with only an intake? Uhm, come on! The usual will be said .... results may vary! But, maybe that this thing will really respond with minimal help. One can only hope for now. :o
Is there a phone number to contact them? I am pleased with the appearance of this kit. Anyone have an UPDATE on availability??
Heres the contact info for the guy who emailed me the pics... I'm assuming that when they are available they will email me again to let me know as he's been very good about keeping in touch with me. I'm also assuming they'll add it to their site pretty quickly.

I read this a couple times so i took a look at my car and realized rubber seal did not reach fully across hood> took some post its cut the to slivers stuck a few in center of rad support(made sure they would not get sealed on)and a few by the headlight areas guess wich ones were missing??? Thats right headlights!!!!!!!! :D Seems dodge knew we couldnt kep our hands of them or need some cool air in there cause it gets so damn hot.I know its not scientific But newton didnt start with much either.Originally Posted by MagnumFreak
I ordered my intake Friday and even though I won't have it until Monday or Tuesday I am recomending 360 to everyone. Not only is the price great and it is a great looking and performing intake, but Joe at 360 has been great to deal with. He has answered every question I had promptly and thoroughly. H e has gone out of his way to get me my kit on Monday or Tuesday so I can have it installed for our trip next weekend. He also pointed out some tips for install making sure I was careful with the sensor in the 90 degree elbow. This small advice saved me since I probably would have broken it without his tip.
Joe also recomended leaving the factory box inside the fender since it keeps water FROM getting to the filter. This is critical for the daily driver. Their dyno numbers were with the box in the fender.
The best part is that it is a bolt in kit, no cutting or drilling. I was willing to give a little to avoid cutting on our R/T.
Our kit is just like the pics, powder coated Inferno Red to match the car. The box is fully welded and is also powder coated to match the tube. Of coarse the filter is reusable and can be serviced with other brands service kits.
I'll try and get some pics after installing and will post again with the results.
Airaid has just released a system that adds 12 HP to you Hemi powered Magnum R/T or 300C. Installs in minutes with a simple screwdriver. I can get it for $156.00 with FREE SHIPPING to any forum member (Please identify as a forum member). Call Andy at 305-251-8228. I will ship right away via UPS or FEDEX.

How much are these?
notstock71 - did you get yours in? Happy?
This is the imput I got FROM Airaid. Please read it before jumping INTO conclusions. CHECK the Dyno chart attatched.
Sound is all in perspective. We bought a Magnum to develop the system on. I am one of the first to complain about noise, not with this unit. It will be heard at full throttle, but the sound is good. Just the fact that the noise has increased is proof that the sealed factory boxes are to restrictive. If any of these guys put any type of muffler on their vehicle they will find that the exhaust sound is great than any under the hood noise.
As for the filtration characteristics we kick K&N's butt... We filter to 3 microns while they filter to 7. Most of the warranty denials that I have read about are K&M brand filters collapsing and allowing dirt INTO the engine.
I have attached the dyno printout FROM the Magnum. You will see the power is there. It isn't like that of a Dodge Ram where the power kicks in earlier (Chrysler Programming). The power FROM this system is real and will only get better with a power programmer and other modification. The best thing that can happen would be that somebody develops a kit to convert these vehicles FROM speed density to mass air flow.
You are right in posting 30 day money back. That is part of our No-Hassle warranty.

We are getting spammed. We knew about this release a week or so ago. They are probably trying to increase sales on a mediocre attempt at a CAI. 360 has them beat by a mile. Airaid has a fair product at an outrageous price. Hope they decide to go back and re-engineer.
