I have to say I prefer this to the cowl. If you would do a cowl it would need to be a shorter one to have any mass appeal I think.

Ok. I hear you guys. I would prefer a funtional ram air hood myself. A cowl hood would need to more resemble the Mustang one and follow the lines of the hood, so that it is more fluid with the body lines. It would also need to start a little further back, so the hood "bump" doesn't interfear with the look of the cowl.

Should also start out a little narrower at the nose and get wider like the Mustang hood, and it should still be shorter than the 3 inch one posted earlier.

I do have to say that I like that super snake hood the best, but I doubt it looks right on a Magnum. That hood looks good on there, but I guess it's made to match the front end of the car.

I'd like an executive style hood with a slight cowl. But with actual vents, not the just for looks ones...

In my opinion, function should come first. fashion will follow.

I like Matt's hood, and I would also like too see a Chally TA style hood. Kinda like this....

These are 2 minute photoshops, so don't tear them apart thinking I spent forever on them.

I like the idea of allowing heat out of the engine bay and also sucking air in to cool it off. I am in no way interested in 'ram air' forcing 'cool air' to my filter, I've already got that covered.

the best hood for the magnum has got to be hemiwagon's one off CF hood. This is the hood I would want, with or without the intake integration, preferably without. I want THIS hood soooo badly.

I would like to vote for either the HemiWagon hood...w/real openings, or I have been trying to get Black Op's Sniper ( without the center scoop) or Venom For awhile now. I will send you $$ NOW if someone does one of these.
As mentioned, I can buy "raised" hoods all day, how hot and popular have the above line / style been............just sayin'.

Cowl and ultra cool.....follow the raise on the magnum hood for the cowl, and slant the gill openings to follow the hood line, narrower in front, longer as the hood gets wider, ........

Man, HEMIWAGON's hood is the biggest d*ck-tease hood out there. Unbelievably beautiful hood.
