    Twin Turbo Magnum

Ok guys, so I think I am taking the leap and going with a twin turbo kit for the beast in the next few weeks.... Has anyone seen/done (other than the FLP) a TT Magnum? I know a couple of others have done it on the other LX's but seems like most are going the Supercharged route. Im having someone someone do all the piping for me, but I was wondering if anyone had or could find a pic of an installed kit. Thanks for the info and Ill def get some pics up of the install....

FLP did not do a twin turbo Magnum. It's been parked at their shop for 2 years b/c they cannot get it tuned.

CIS does the rear-mount twin turbo setups.

Ya I found them, but my buddy has done custom exhaust and turbo work for years and has a hook up on sts at cost. Just wondering if there is one out there that has been tuned and done to get maybe a base set up or a starting blueprint. Thanks for the response and input, imma check in to the CIS system a little more today to see what they say.

HEAT sells a LX kit. They have them running on several cars. From what I have understood, their kit includes tuning.

Mine is done except for the fuel situation. It is a big undertaking to say the least, but at least my turbos are before the catalytic converters

What kind of motor modifications do you have, forged?

The only mods I have at the moment are AFE II, which wont matter after all of this, catless mids, bullet mufflers, predator and 180 thermo.

I would start to look at getting some forged motor parts first. Youre playing with fire when considering a turbo system, let alone a turbo system on a stock motor. Tuning can be a major hassle as well depending on who you trust. There are a few tuners that know what theyre doing, but do it right and go forged first.

    STS turbos sound like Kazoos...

Well Specifically on the mustangs, and GM trucks... maybe if they were closer up to the motor or precat it would sound different... but it just sounds like poop to me...
