    sun visor clip breakage?

    Ok, I've had the driver's sun visor clip break twice now. The first time was about 2 months ago and the latest was this morning on the way to work. In both cases, all I was doing was pulling he visor off the clip. I wasn't grabbing it on the bottom nor was I yanking it. I'm pretty careful with stuff so I'm wondering if maybe there's a bad batch of these things.

    Has anyone else experienced problems with their visor clips?

    edit: yay me! Just noticed this was my 500th post! Only 10 more years at this rate and I'll catch up to Hammer!

    VERY common and previously discussed (last year, I think). Should be warranty part and covered. I believe some were buying extras to have in case on going issue.

    I seem to remember hearing that there was an updated part coming and that DCX was aware of this issue. Probably be a silent recall where they replace it with a new part if it's complained about. I replaced my driver side once already as well.
    Y'all know I got me a Magnum, why else would i be here?

    i've had to have mine replaced now, have been debating trying to make a good set myself so it doesn't happen again.

    taking my car to dealership to replace my both sides. (Driver side broke couple months ago. Passanger side was broken this morning. )

    DCX is aware, we mentioned at Brampton tour. The ones on the Rams is a better design. Not sure if it would work. Iwill give it a shot.
