A few days ago I posted a thread about a low RM noise. My car has been in the shop for two days now, and no ideas yet. They replaced the hub and wheel bearing, and now they want to replace the center bearing on the driveshaft. I don't think that will do it, but it'll just have to sit there until it is fixed.

I had a strange thought. The dealership where I bought the car put different rims on it. They too the stock 17's off and put on a set of 18's. Could one of the rims be rubbing and making that growling noise I am hearing. If I can help diagnose it, maybe I can get it back quicker. I miss it, and am really loving the car they gave me to drive......NOT. It's a Chevy Prism, and boy what a heap it is. I can't complain, though...it sure beats walking.
