    Stock Magnum R/T 1/4 mile time?

    whats a bone stock Magnum R/T run in the 1/4? Just curious.

    And whats the best someone's got one to run w/ some bolt ons (CAI, exhaust, chip etc......)

    Just seeing what to expect

    You can check that link out. It lookes like Mikespy has the fastest bolt on time with the 13.57. I recall a bone stock magnum that ran a 14.01 I believe. That was a while ago so I don't know if that has beed bested.

    I went to Etown last SAT. with the guys and the best time I did was 14.43 at 96mph.With only super 40 flowmaster mufflers and my BIG butt.
    I weighted he car and it was 4637lbs.So not to bad.I finished 2nd I broke out on time. DAVE

    wow, these cars are faster than I thought. I was HUGE into the Impala SS's (94-96) when they came out - with exhaust, MAF, CAI, Chip I was running upped to mid 14's. They were just giant heavy beasts. Bone stock they would do like a 14.99 on thier best day. I never did better than a 14.5 / 14.4 on a cool night.

    To get a car that heavy into the 13's w/ some bolt ons is impressive. I used to beat some stangs w/ my Impala - just imagine what I can do in the magnum!
