When I did mine only the 4 doors and a few pits (roughness) in the paint, and fading, the rest was ok.
Took me more than 2 hours to remove everything, moldings peeled off easily, 3M tape was like welded on, real nightmare to take off, I tried different things, the only thing that worked was using my fingers to roll the 3M tape off the the body inch by inch taking forever, not to mention the blisters I got, real pain in the a$$, it was easier to replace my o-rings than to remove the moldings.

You can use the fishing line to cut between the moulding and the door. Then take goo-gone or go to a auto paint shop and get adhesive remover to take the left over off. This way you wont be putting any outward pull on the paint and may help in prevent some bubbles.

The bubbles are actually between the adhesive strips, not under the adhesive... so I don't believe they can be caused from the pulling. However, them are definitely good points for keeping the molding in good shape should the need to reapply them occur.
