Question about tailgate

On my new Magnum, when I open the tailgate and look up at the bottom edge, I see 4 or 5 slots that look like drain holes. They have clear plastic tabs stuck over them. If they're drain holes, should these plastic tabs have been removed by the dealer? Or are those things supposed to be on there? They don't seem to be affixed too firmly.

Hmmm,

My Magnum has one long strip of clear tape over all of these holes. I was wondering about them myself. I'd rather have plugs than tape.

Anyone know where I can get the plugs?

They are from production. Leave them or take them off, doesnt matter. If you are worried about the holes, then PM AJ at moparstore for the part number of plugs for those holes.

Mine are plugged. I bought them from my local dealership. The plugs are standard on the 300 and the Charger.

Hmmm...might have to get plugs. Every time I wash the car I wipe down the inside edges of the doors/tailgate/hood, and as careful as I've been, they're starting to get loose (the plastic).
