Plastic piece that covers engine and radiator underneath.........
Could someone be so kind as to tell me where i could find a replacement for this part???

I don't know what model or year you have but I bought one last month. It cost about $102.00 from the dealership including mounting clips. Not sure where you are located but Adam at Eastway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Limited in Toronto gives LXforum members a great discount. Mine was $76.50 with the discount. Even with shipping it might be cheaper to order it from him.
