Order my mag the "1st", a 2005 RT, back in Oct 2004 while stationed in Iraq, well you know the story of the charger build so I had to wait. Well I reordered and pick up a 2006 RT AWD in Nov w/

Placed my order in April 2005 with Rivershore Dodge in Kamloops, BC Canada and I am still waiting!!! doooooh! It was in D status back in August 2005 however, Dodge placed a delay on the RT AWD version till the beginning of September 2005 and possible delivery by the end of September 2005. This has been a long, very long wait, but will be well worth it I hope!

The model I ordered:

2006 Magnum RT AWD fully loaded except Nav system.
Color I ordered was Inferno Red with sun roof as well I am getting JT custom audio to install the all in one Pioneer DVD system. Also, have waiting at Kal Tire - 20 inch Eagle Alloy Series 025 rims with Toyo Proxies ST's getting placed on the Mag immediately when I pick up the car. the offset rims size that I ordered was I believe bolt pattern for the eagle alloy series 025 was 5x114.3 but stock rim is 5x115. Kal tire told me they should fit as the offset for the Eagle alloy is +42 and the stock one's are +55. If they don't fit Kal tire will refund my money and find something that will fit my car.

Can't wait to cruise around in the Mag. Keep you posted on the date I pick it up!

Ordered my Magnum R/T Oct 3, 2005. Car was supposedly built Oct 17th and
has been coded as JS (shipped to storage) ever since.

Dealer called Chrysler rep who apparently found out that there is a shortage
of rail cars and cannot be KZ'd (released and invoiced).

Anyone else been sitting in JS code for a long time?

MYLXINFO.com now has no status or info on the car.

AUTORAIL1 cannot track it unless it is KZ'd.

Lets see... I was going to order one... found a dealer that had one ordered already with the options I wanted... so I had them put my name on the one already ordered. Brilliant Black, Sunroof, Options I, II, III, Sup side airbags, and oh yeah, I forgot... SRT-8. It was ordered on 13 Sep 2005, has "D" status. Now, how do I find out the status on build ship without bothering the dealer every five minutes for an update? I have the VON and VIN and dealer number... who do I call? !! $700 over invoice, ~$1700 under MSRP.

Update: Delivered on 3 Jan 2006, at Bettenhausen Dodge in Tinley Park, IL. Home two hours later!

GasGunR, I wished I had never found out how to track my magnum. Once it left the factory, it was so frustrating knowing it was only 200 miles away, then about 30 miles away, then went past my house to go about 150 miles away and sit there for a week before being trucked to the dealer who held it for prep 5 days. I would have been better off not knowing. If you must know, it's in the knowledge base.
