    New hood?

So i have been up thinking of a hood design for my Mag and I have a few ideas on the look i want to go for. I don't know if someone has made a hood like this or if someone is willing to do a hood like this for me.

Basically it will be a functional ram air style hood. i like the look of the vents on the SRT hood that they sell as they scallop in a bit. Heres a pic for those that don't know.

And I like the way these scoops are pushed to the front of the hood and are a little bit wider than the SRT ones.

Basically it would look like the Mustang one shown but scalloped down like the SRT one. Beacuse if i was to find a hood like this or get one made I would have plans to down the road maybe install a Danko shaker in the hood and like to have the space in the center of the hood to do this while still having the scoops functional from the original design.

Any input is greatly appreciated on this.

The first hood on the Mag is a good hood, it is produced by Keystone Styling http://www.keystonerestyling.com/

Carbon By Design produces an SRT8 Style hood for the Mag in both Carbon Fiber and fiberglass http://www.carbonbydesign.com/prodde...%5FSRT8%5FHood

There are also shaker options, and Tommy Z has a pretty sweet looking hood too. Then there's the RKSport hood. Be careful with "functional"... with a throttle body in the front instead of a carb up top, it's trickier. Danko Reproductions has a functional kit for their shaker.

Yea I have seen all those before and none of them really give me that tickle that i am looking for.

Thats why I was asking about my idea for a new hood idea that combines the two main points of both hoods into one hood that I like.

I'm not a fan of the one CBD does as its just this large mouth in the middle of the hood and not really the sleeper look I am going for on hood design.
