Magnums the king of the LX chassis?

Every time I come on here, the Magnum forum has WAY more people than the 300's or the chargers. Be like 4 people in the chargers, 10 in the 300's, and like 30+ in the magum forum!

It ain't easy to pimp a wagon!

Magnums seem to be owned by a different type of folks. I am proud to be in this company and brag on this group on a regular basis to any new Magnum folks I find because there is a good chance they will fit in!!

There sure is. I myself am 26, building my car as a show car / cruiser to do something different. From the 1st time I saw a Hemi Magnum on the road it instantly went into my head I wanted to tub one. Its just calling my name. Seems all ages of people are attracted to the magnum. You see alot of guys putting 20 / 22" wheels on them (which look great as well), you get alot of people enjoying the Hemi motor to cruise it and use the room of the wagon, People who can tell thier wife "honey, we need a wagon - this Magnum looks good Grunt grunt cause its got a hemi), and the wife is happy cause the kids & all the gear fits in it.
Only person i havn't liked was the 17 year old kid that brought up his age every chance he could

Yes, it's interesting. It's also interesting that we're know as LXForums and not MagnumForums. We're the only group to not have our car's name in the Forum. It doesn't bother me... I just find it interesting.

Agreed -- Magnum has a magic unto itself -- draws a different drummer, but we're still cousins with the other LXers. That's the beauty of the LX platform -- each car brings a unique demographic, but in the end we're all tied together by 3 powerful, aggressive designs.

thats actually why it took me so long to find this forum. I was on www.thehemi.com, and someone referenced this forum - I checked it out. It has SO many members that I never went back.

I've joined a few forums in the past where the members were ****s & you had to be in the "click" to get ne info or be a part of any convo

its a perfect explanation of the car! A wagon to anyone else - is like a ford taurus soccor mom wagon. The Magnum - is a rear wheel drive, 340 HP MONSTER OF A WAGON! Show me a wagon that has Leather, moonroof & factory navigation! Its like a $100,000 mercedes - but cooler!

Don't forget, we also have AWD! I don't recall ever seeing a "modded" Taurus wagon. That should say something right there about our "special" wagons!

I actually havn't found a forum this into "my" car since I owned my 94-96 Impala SS's, and that forum died out years ago. It was the same in the fact that everyone was cool as hell, everyone talked about everything, no one was better than another - no ego trips.

There is nothing worse than internet tough guys.

Yeah this place rocks. I think i was part of a forum for my cougar, but i can't remember which is pathetic when you think about it. Everyone here is completely cool, i started a thread saying mag owners don't have jobs and no one got all "well excuse me i work for a living..." working class hero quint from Jaws on me, which i was realllllllly worried was going to happen and the joke get lost.

We've got Chuck Norris references, zombie threads, several threads active on wheels at all times and people dont flip about duplicating, possibly the most down to earth group of people i've never met.
