    Lower or louder?

I'm ready for my next enhancement. Would you lower it or install a cat back. The cost is about the same, since I have the load leveling shocks that would have to be replaced.

Take a look at the attached pics and let me know what you would spend your money on.

Its hard to say... IMO if you lower you might want to go to a 20 inch tire with a 45 series tire like the SRT's. Cause I've seen a lowered magnum on stock rims and something just doesn't look right... that could get expensive. If you go with the cat back say the "bassani system" you'll have one of nicest sounding cars around. Might want to take a look at the group buy options cause theres no better time to buy. Just picture it as a lil Christmas Gift "to you from your Magnum". What ever you do, i'm sure your car will look great. Love the mesh grill, thats gonna be my next mod once the snow goes away!

my car lowered with stock rims...just for reference (not the greatest view - no pics of the full side where its easy to see, sorry)...i had it this way for about a week before i bought the new 20" wheels for it

maybe someone on the forum has better pics of stockers and lowered...didnt look too bad, but you are on the right track because my first two mods were cat-back and lowering springs, both installed by the dealer at the same time

yes, I would go with the cat-back as well man. Lowering it is going to LOOK cool but you'll probably start scraping on stuff like everybody else. I'm not a big fan of lowering at all :(
Man's biggest mistake is to believe that he's working for someone else.

I have the Eibach Proline lowering springs on my car for almost a year now and I have never, and I mean never scraped anything, not even on the nastiest speed bumps.

I put in a Borla cat-back (112) and K&N air charger within the first two weeks. Can't beat the sound. 20's for my next mod. I'm still kicking the idea around about lowering.

I would go for the cat back............I installed in order over a 5 mth period..... K&N Intake, Borla exhaust(Not the 4 muffler system....the 2 muffler system...model 140125...MUCH LOUDER) i enjoyed that but wasnt satisfied with the feel and the sound.......so i threw in some dynatech headers.....Very intense gurgle growl!!!......Now i just gotta wait until i could hopefully afford a S/C.....Then its on!
Armadillo im looking for you!!!! LOL =P
if you wana Lower it look you might like coil overs or maybe even a simple set of bags...with both you can have the choice of how low or high you want them...They cost relatively the same....sorta =)

I would go with catbacks. I have scraped twice already. Being in the Ozark mountains that tends to happen.

The Magnum has a soul. It has a personality, something all too lacking in the automotive transportation appliances everybody else is offering.
