    lil Suzy is back!

    woohooo!
looks really good too. Almost worth waiting 15 daze for.
    almost.
Here is how the hood turned out:

I also added SXT headlights. I don't recomend this. It cost me 650 bucks.
I should have just tinted the RT lights.

    shaved the rood rack:

and I sprayed this chrome plate frame I ordered online while I was waitin':

all in all, I'm pleased with the results. My wipers do hit the hood and I'll probably just bend the arm of the passenger side wiper tomorrow to fix that. You'll notice they did put the washers in the hood which was a drag but oh well. I havn't tried em yet but I know they will spray the scoop. I recomend HAVING the holes for these filled. I requested it but no dice.
The roof turned out great (second time around). I dunno how much I paid for the roof rack but shaving it cost me 900 bucks at the dealership. I figure that would be 500 at a regular body shop.
I wound up spending 2 grand at the dealership for everything. I paid regular price plus shipping for the hood but you guys will get a discount in bulk.

I sure am glad to have her back.

Definitely a hood worth the wait !!...Quick question if I may,....Being as the hood is fiberglass and much thicker than the stocker,...how did you affix the washer nozzles ??..Mine is at the border right now and should be here soon so I thought I`d ask ?

there is a small rubber washer on those sprayers. Thise were removed and they simply snapped in like the stock hood.
I really wanted these holes just filled in but being that it was fiberglass, the dealership wouldn't do it.
I imagine most body shops would do that for ya though. I would have rathered have em filled in.

Great !! ..I had a GTS Gen. I hood on my Dakota R/T and the hood was too thick in that same spot to install the nozzles in the same manner ?...Glad to hear. The wait is killing me !!...How was the fitment ?

I have no gripes about the fit.
It's a little tall on the top two corners and a little bit too much slack up front but for an after market hood, it would be tough to get a better fit.
they could send these out in better shape but the fit is fine.
