Law and order magnum

Looks like tonights Law and Order has a black magnum hauling off a body by the bad guys. Ok who's is it? I swear its not mine.

Ok It gets better. Guys roll up in the magnum I freeze the frame and the wheels are sxt, big duals and a badge that says V10 (ya right) . Oh ya the rear is debadged. At anyrate, bad guys proceded to spray automatics.
NY plates AWQ-2538 . I love tivo.

it's cool when you see a magnum in a movie. the movie the "Island" has a bunch of magnums, 300s and chargers. all custom.

LOL - it was cool until they DESTROYED all of them!

Were there Chargers in that flick, or just 300's & Mags? I seem to recall that being filmed quite early in LX history...

i thought some of the LAPD cars were chargers?? maybe not. i haven't seen that movie in awhile.

The plates on that show are not real NY plates. They look close but if you compare them to a real NY plate you can see the difference. TV plates for sure.

Also, AWQ-2538 is available as a custom plate from NYSDMV.com. That means it has not been issued yet.

I told Rick it was an SXT because of the wheels and then we saw the dual exhaust and heard the throaty growl when it sped off. What's up with that? I didn't see the V10 badge. Even curioser. Must be someone's toy albeit however misguided. Maybe they used stuff left over from "The Island" to make a car.

Still a thrill to see a Mag.
