Hey All,
I have been tracking my gas mileage for the last month...just out of curiosity and I am blown away. The first tank was city driving mostly and I got 24 miles to the gallon. Pretty decent. Last tank was Interstate on a trip and back and forth to work 3 days. I got 30 miles to the gallon. I cannot believe that is possible but it happened. Anyone else get that kind of difference in gas mileage. And I know how to figure gas mileage and I calculated it 3 times just to make sure I hadn't screwed up. Anyone else ever get 30 miles to a gallon?
Im getting the same with mine. I have 18k on it now!
I get right at the same sometimes closer to 27 in the city and 32 pure highway. Just depends on if I press that right pedal to much, if there is such a thing as "to much", or not. Happy with it!
how long would u get from a traffic light to the next? 25 miles? lolOriginally Posted by LonghornSpencer

there are no strangers here, just friends you haven't met yet..
14 city and 20 highway...yeah it's going back to the dealer as soon as I get it back!!
I dont have the EVC system in my SXT so my numbers are based on a program I have on my computer. Basicly Im getting a solid 19.5mpg. I cant break that into city or highway miles so thats all I have to go on.
Most of the time it is closer to the 24 mark, but a few times it has been around that 27 I am surprised myself really was planning on 22 when I got the Mag. I am in D/FW so traffic lights are all over the place

With 89 octane, mixed driving we get about 21.5 mpg. It would be better if it weren't for getting stuck in evening rushhour traffic.
The Magnum has a soul. It has a personality, something all too lacking in the automotive transportation appliances everybody else is offering.
I'm getting about the same as Sugar-TJ (post #5) but I'm medium to hard on the go pedal 'cause I like to hear my Zoomers. Got less than 6K on it - hope things get better with more mileage.
There's traffic in Arkansas?? Just KiddingOriginally Posted by nwamagnumluvr
Traffic is the biggest culprit for my crappy mileage as well.
